I’ve been in Paris, Directly Exploring the Galaxy Z Fold6 & Z Flip6 with Galaxy AI!
Hey guys! Boogeng here, back with an update from the tech world that keeps me on my toes. This time, I just got back from an exciting adventure in Paris, France, specifically at the Olympic™️ rendezvous @ Samsung | Champs-Elysees 125. Seriously, the place was crazy! The futuristic design by architect Jean Nouvel, right in the heart of the iconic Champs-Élysées. There, I didn’t just window shop, but also directly tried out the latest gadgets from Samsung released at Galaxy Unpacked 2024: the Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, and a bunch of other cool accessories. And what got me most excited? Of course, the increasingly amazing Galaxy AI!
Galaxy AI: Features That Amazed Me and Are Super Useful!
When I entered the Galaxy Experience Space, there was only one word: “WOW!”. Not only were the products displayed beautifully, but the interaction was what made the difference. I immediately tried some of the upgraded Galaxy AI features at the Galaxy Unpacked 2024, and I swear, this isn’t a gimmick, guys. This is a real solution for our lives in 2024!
First, I instantly fell in love with the Interpreter feature. Just imagine, I could chat with French people there without having to worry about the language. I spoke, they spoke, and it was translated in real-time on my Flip6 screen in FlexMode. Awesome, right? There’s also a local Parisian, Anna Sacko, who said, “I’m most excited to use the Interpreter on the Galaxy Z Flip6 because this feature allows you to interact with others even if you speak different languages.” I totally agree! This will be extremely useful for traveling or meeting friends from abroad.
Then, there’s also Sketch to Image, which ignited my creative soul. You can make doodles on the screen, and the AI instantly renders them into a fancier image. Maya Carrara, another Parisian, also admitted she was interested in the Flip6 and really wanted to use this feature to draw with friends. I’ve already imagined creating unique illustrations for my social media content without needing divine design skills.
For those who love selfies like me, the Portrait Studio feature in Galaxy AI is also top-notch. You can change your selfie style into various artistic styles, from vintage to modern. Anna Sacko is also really looking forward to this feature to make her social media content more diverse. This is truly a feature that will make your Instagram feed automatically cool without the need for complicated additional photo editing apps!
Z Fold6 & Z Flip6: Which One is My Target?
Of course, I didn’t just play with the AI. I also got to handle the Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 directly. For the Galaxy Z Fold6, I totally agree with Stanislas Breguet, an AI startup founder who also tried it there. He said, “I tested the Galaxy Z Fold6, and I really liked the screen.” The wide screen is really comfortable for multitasking, especially for exploring AI features like Interpreter or Sketch to Image. It’s like having a personal digital canvas that can be folded.
Now, the Galaxy Z Flip6, this is the champion for those who are mobile and need a compact but powerful device. Felix Berthold, a content creator from Germany, who has been using the Z Flip4 and Z Flip5, said he’s very excited about the Flip6 because the AI photo editing features are super useful for his daily social media work. The compact design of the Flip6 with AI capabilities in it is truly drool-worthy. The FlexMode is so useful for video calls while typing or editing photos anywhere.
The Olympic Edition That Makes Eyes Wide and Samsung’s Global Experience
What amazed me the most when I was there was the Galaxy Z Flip6 Olympic Edition! The color is bright yellow, with the Olympic Rings, Paralympic Agitos, and the gold Samsung logo. Really cool and exclusive, just for the athletes competing in the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024. In fact, there’s also a cool Flipsuit Case in collaboration with Berluti, a luxury menswear brand from the LVMH Group, made of Venezia leather with the Olympic Rings colors. This is proof that Samsung is serious about welcoming the world’s biggest sporting event.
Oh yeah, Samsung doesn’t just open in Paris, you know. There are a total of seven Galaxy Experience Spaces in various major cities around the world: Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta (yesss!), New York, Seoul, and Tokyo. So, if you’re curious about how it feels to try out Galaxy AI and the latest devices directly, you can check them out in those cities.
